I was just thinking about that this moning.  I think it is time to write a 1.2 spec, including at least DCP-4 and DCP-6, plus some implicit aspects that have not been formerly documented (like using IANA standard rel values).

I think a key question will be whether we can finish the two pending DCP-s to get them in time.  I would like to target the 1.2 spec for discussion at the August telecon, i.e., to have it complete by then.
