[Esip-discovery] One reason to stop using wiki for notes...

I did not save the notes regularly during the meeting, and was taking them down directly on the wiki page (I think you know where this is going...).

I lost the page and thus the notes, so could todays attendees please fill in the gaps as much as possible?  Really sorry about this.
