No call today, next regular scheduled call is November 14th,

I've picked up on our actions based on the discussion we had last week.

I've put together a draft tile and scope statement and added it to the wiki

Please let me know your thoughts via the list-serve (I can also share out
via google docs for collaborative editing - let me know).

With some more discussion via email we may be in a good spot to finalize
invitations/speakers and anything else I'm overlooking next week?
