[Esip-discovery] ESIP Discovery Cluster (adhoc meeting format)

Hi All,

The ESIP Discovery Cluster will be moving to an ad hoc telecon schedule
during 2018.

What this means is that we'll schedule telecons based on specific
presentations of interest to the community as opposed to the current
monthly telecon format used to date.

Coordinating conference session proposals, presenting project updates,
and/or invited speakers are all examples of ad hoc meetings that can be
scheduled.

In addition, please note the new ESIP slack channel #discovery supporting
cluster discussions.

best,
Dave
