[Esip-discovery] Slight change in schedule for this month's Telecon

Hi, folks, I would like to move the telecon back 15 minutes next Thursday, Aug. 20 to 3:15 ET / 2:15 CT / 1:15 CT / 12:15 PT (I have a meeting just before it).

After a quick update on recent developments, we’ll discuss next steps coming out of the hackfest.
