[Esip-documentation] ACDD convention documentation is updated

Hi Nan, thanks for catching that. It seems like an uncontroversial fix to me, especially since 1.2 was never approved.
If you plan to stay with 1.2, I think we should decide whether to add text to the Category page (and maybe the 1.2 page itself) indicating that "some people may use 1.2, although it was never approved." If we do not add such text, there is a risk that the page will go away at some point.
