[Esip-documentation] ACDD definitions for coverage_content_type?

Thanks Mary for the quick response, but no. I wanted to know if there were
some definitions and/or examples of the listed vocabulary words (image,
thematicClassification, physicalMeasurement, auxiliaryInformation,
qualityInformation, referenceInformation, modelResult, or coordinate).
