[Esip-documentation] Question about how to cite ACDD

Hello All,

Someone asked how best to cite the Attribute Convention for Data Discovery
1-3  (https://wiki.esipfed.org/Attribute_Convention_for_Data_Discovery_1-3).
Since I know this list includes some of the creators/maintainers, what do
you recommend? Does a formal citation exist? Leslie, copied here, asked
specifically if it is considered a “Web Page”, an “Electronic Article” or
something else? And is the ESIP Documentation Cluster considered the author?
