Drones for the Earth Sciences: Applications and Implications

A BESR Webinar

On behalf of the Board on Earth Sciences and Resources (BESR), you are invited join our upcoming webinar entitled "Drones for the Earth Sciences: Applications and Implications" on Monday June 22, 2015 at 1 PM Eastern (10 AM Pacific).

This is the second webinar in the BESR Webinar series and will feature two speakers, Dr. Devon Humphrey from Flightline Geographics and Dr. Bruce Quirk, U.S. Geological Survey. From an earth science perspective, this webinar will explore what drones are, the current capabilities and applications of drones, and the potential, future applications and challenges for drones in examining earth science phenomena. The webinar is free of charge and please feel free to circulate the information to interested parties.
