[Esip-drone] methods for auto-generating structured metadata

Hi Beth,

Sounds like a paper I already want to read.  I'd be interested in
participating in the survey - we can send to the RDA drone group too.

For what it's worth I've been using OpenDataKit to collect drone metadata
and am working on a RShiny app to improve on that method
