[Esip-drone] Underwater glider data management

Hi all,

The drone cluster just hosted a webinar from a EU group that has developed
some very impressive automated, and semantically rich data management
systems for a fleet of under water gliders.

I very unfortunately didn't hit record but the slides are attached, I think
this group would find them interesting.

Also, for Matt's auto sensor driver generator, if this group is going to
build on that further they defined and use a sensorml sensor template that
might be useful.
