[Esip-drone] WMO UAS Demonstration Campaign Data Representation Standards

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I wanted to (bring your attention to)|(update you on), the latest from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) UAS Demonstration Campaign (UAS-DC) (https://community.wmo.int/en/uas-demonstration)
The WMO UAS-DC data format implementation and testing period is beginning nowish.

The WMO UAS-DC has implemented a framework for data sharing in all WMO domains and disciplines, the WMO Information System 2.0 (WIS 2.0). WIS 2.0 is based on the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) APIs and the MQTT publish-subscribe machine-to-machine network protocol.  WMO UAS-DC is specifying standard UAS data representation formats to be one of either: WMO-CF UAS Trajectory (based on approved WMO Experimental NetCDF Profiles), or WMO UAS BUFR.
