[Esip-envirosensing] student fellowships

cross posting. Here is the announcement of ESIP student fellowships. One 
of which could possibly benefit the EnviroSensing Cluster, but all are 
attractive for students. Please spread the word:

ESIP is currently accepting applications for two student opportunities - 
the 2015 Raskin Scholarship
