Dear Cluster/Committee Participants,

This is a reminder that the next meeting of ESIP's EnviroSensing Cluster is on Tuesday March 4th at 5pm ET / 2pm PT. Below is the link to the ESIP Calendar, where you may find the join info, as well as a link to our running notes document, where an agenda is being drafted.
We are excited to invite you to an engaging session of lightning talks focused on innovative solutions in environmental monitoring, followed by a dynamic discussion. This event is designed to foster knowledge sharing and collaborative thinking among professionals in our field.
Session Highlights:

James Gallagher: James will delve into his recent project on sample intake processes. His talk will explore the methodologies and impacts of structured sample collection, which are crucial for accurate data analysis and reporting in environmental studies.

Kesondra Key: In her presentation, 'Data at a Distance: Automation Solutions for Remote Data Accessibility,' Kesondra will explore her work with data automation using flux tower dataloggers. She will highlight the integration of automated email sends and daily updates to a GitHub Pages website. This talk will demonstrate effective strategies for managing and disseminating remote data, ensuring that it remains accessible and actionable, no matter the distance.

Each talk will be concise, lasting between 5-8 minutes, ensuring a crisp yet informative delivery. The session will conclude with a 15-minute open discussion, allowing you to ask questions and engage directly with the speakers about their projects and experiences.
We encourage all attendees to actively participate in the discussions and share their insights. Please mark your calendars and join us for this informative session.
