<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I am NASA’s Program Manager for the Earth Science Technology Office (ESTO)’s Advanced Information Systems Technology (AIST) Program, and I am also a member (inactive most of the time) of
the ESIP EnviroSensing cluster. </span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:black">AIST recently released a solicitation, AIST-23, including needs for Novel Observing Strategies (NOS) (see attached solicitation), and we are now preparing to review the Step-2
proposals that were submitted in response to this solicitation. In particular, one of the focus areas (“D&P” for NOS, described in section 2.3) requested to develop end-to-end NOS Demonstrations.</span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:black"> </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Since this topic is related to the interests of the EnviroSensing cluster, I was wondering if you or someone in the Cluster would be willing
<span style="color:black">to review </span>some of <span style="color:black">those proposals and be part of the corresponding Panel</span>? The panel will
<span style="color:black">be held </span>on <span style="color:black">June 6 in the DC area</span> (College Park, MD), and you would have between 4 to 7 proposals
<span style="color:black">to review (or as many as you can do)</span>. The reviews are due May 28 and the proposals are now accessible to the reviewers.<span style="color:black"></span></span></p>
