[Esip-esda] Federal Big Data Working Group Meetup March 4th at NIST Data Science Symposium and NSF (Ballston, VA)

In response to the recent conference call on Earth Science Data Analytics
(ESDA) and Data Scientist Webpage, I invited all to participate in this new
Meetup the first and third Tuesday of the month in person or remotely.
