[Esip-infoquality] Potenital new use cases

I just listened to an interesting EOSDIS webinar today by Jason Barnett (see attached charts). He was talking about  four types of users in his presentation, all of whom have an interest in NASA's renewable energy data resources. It would be interesting to put ourselves in those users' shoes and figure out if they are able to get at the data quality information of interest to them conveniently and comprehensibly. These could lead to a few new use cases. Any volunteers to work this?
