Applications for our 2025 Computational Tools for Climate Science course are OPEN! Our global course designed for undergraduates and up, industry or academic, who have a fundamental Python and science (not necessarily  climate) background, so share far and wide!

We’re excited to announce that applications are open for students and Teaching Assistants for the third edition of our Computational Tools for Climate Science course, taking place July 14th - 25th, 2025! This global program introduces computational methods for climate science. Students will learn cutting-edge techniques from climate experts, apply them through hands-on Python tutorials, and collaborate on research projects using real-world and modeled data to explore the social and environmental impacts of climate change. Course Name: Computational Tools for Climate Science
Dates: July 14th – 25th, 2025
Course Format: Synchronous virtual
Applications Close: March 23rd, midnight in your time zone
Requirements:
Students are expected to be familiar with Python and have foundational science skills (not necessarily climate).
Teaching Assistants should have strong Python skills and a background in climate science.

Student Tuition: We aim to make education affordable for everyone and price our courses lower than other similar programs, adjusted for national economic factors.
