[Esip-preserve] FW: new guidance web pages on research data management & sharing

A quick scan through suggests they're reasonable.
The level of detail is about what one might deal with
in an introductory Power Point presentation.  However,
for that purpose, these pages are quire serviceable
and even attractive.
