[Esip-preserve] Next Preservation Cluster Telecon

We are currently scheduled to hold our next telecon on a Federal  
Holiday, so we need to pick a different date/time for this month's

). There are quite a few items on our agenda:

* Plans for the AGU town hall
* Planning for the ESIP winter meeting
* Review draft ESIP statement on data
