format/process/approach)

Also, everyone, feel free to flesh out or re-organize the hierarchy.
Pick any case, at whatever level in the hierarchy is appropriate and
flesh out a use case.  If any use case gets too big/unwieldy, just
split into multiple use cases as appropriate.
