Dear RDA Members,

Are you representing an international or national research data initiative at RDA that you would like to promote to the RDA Plenary 2 participants and beyond?

On Monday 16th September at the RDA Plenary 2 (https://www.rd-alliance.org/future-events) Evening reception sponsored by Microsoft Research, RDA Working & Interest groups as well as internationally funded open research data initiatives are being offered the opportunity to display posters summarising objectives, on-going activities and results. A summary of each poster will also be made available on-line via the RDA web platform during  and after the Plenary meeting.

Each poster will be provided with 1 board sized 4ft tall and 3ft wide (122cm x 92cm) and posters will be mounted vertically. The board will also have a manila envelope to display brochures.

Parties interested in applying for a poster space should write to secretariat at rd-alliance.org<mailto:secretariat at rd-alliance.org> with the following information (which will be included on the web page):

 *   RDA WG / RDA IG / Project / Initiative Name:
 *   Poster Contact Details: Name:            Organisation:            Email:
 *   Poster Title:
 *   Objectives: (200 words)
 *   On-going activities: (200 words)
 *   Results: (200 words)

The deadline for applications is 31st August 2013
