[Esip-preserve] Draft of Data Management short course brochure

Hello Nancy,

The  draft looks good! My only suggestion would be to try to make the 
font a little larger for the list of courses. Perhaps this could be done 
by reducing the line spacing a bit so that the list will continue to fit 
in the same column.
