Ruth has recommended me to use this esip mailing list and my apologize if
you have received multiple requests from me.

Since introducing the CICS-NC/NCDC Scientific Data Stewardship Maturity
Matrix to the ESIP community at the ESIP summer 2014 meeting, we have
received valuable positive and constructive feedback.

The matrix is currently at the version beta_4.0 and we would like to invite
the ESIP Data Stewardship Committee to review its content to ensure its
consistency within the Earth Sciences community and appreciate any comments
you may provide.

The latest version of the stewardship maturity matrix can be viewed at:

FYI, my summer ESIP slides are located at:

http://www.slideshare.net/gepeng86/scientific-data-stewardship-maturity-matrix

The scope of long-term scientific data stewardship slide is located at:

http://www.slideshare.net/gepeng86/long-term-scientificdatastewardship20140226

The non-functional requirements slide:

http://www.slideshare.net/gepeng86/non-functionalrequirements-climatedatarecords20130611v20

The ESIP presentation and non-functional requirements slides are open for
anyone to view and download.

However, both the SDS maturity matrix and scope slides require sharing from
me for people to download, although anyone can view them online at the
slideshare site.

If you would like to download a copy for
either one or
both, please send me an e-mail at ge.peng at noaa.gov or register at

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1009sZgwLqErrSRUBK4YHk1xSqWVbiZdfB7M58MKiMvI/viewform

I would appreciate it very much that, at this time, people who have the
downloaded copies of both matrix and scope do not redistribute them to
others- instead, please have them send me an e-mail or register using the
above Google Form and I will be more than happy to share with them the
stewardship maturity matrix and scope slides.

Appreciate any constructive comments and suggestions you may have.

Best regards,

--- Peng
