[Esip-preserve] DCIG recommendations for machine-actionable data citations accepted

Hi Folks,

I thought I’d send out the latest version of the paper "Achieving human and machine accessibility of cited data in scholarly publications” coming out of the work of the Data Citation Implementer’s Group follow on to the Joint Declaration of Data Citation Principles which has now been accepted through the PeerJ peer-review process.  The paper contains recommendations in a wide variety of citation related issues (e.g., content of landing pages) that the ESIP community might want to review/endorse/work towards implementing.
