Hi everyone,
Sophie and I have been preparing for the upcoming Data Stewardship
Committee "Reporting Out" and "Planning" Sessions at the ESIP Summer
Meeting. They will be held the Wednesday afternoon of the meeting.

  Per the meeting agenda
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1T8yBgTXqUY1NcWNAUAFA_EIxP805kShoUk5m13qjQy4/edit#gid=1>,
the time for the "reporting out" session coincides with other sessions
which may be of interest to our group, primarily the EarthCube Town Hall.
Overlap with other sessions of interest is unavoidable given the tremendous
productivity of our group; it's a great problem to have. Kudos to Erin,
Annie, and colleagues for working hard to minimize the quantity of overlaps
while retaining the entirety of sessions our group proposed. This was no
easy task for which as Committee Chair I am very grateful.

Given this overlap, I'd like to ask a favor of everyone. If you are
unable to attend the "Reporting Out" and/or "Planning" Sessions but have an
update, please send them to me ahead of Wednesday 7/15 afternoon (PDT) so
that I can inform the group accordingly during the aforementioned
sessions. This way, all ESIP sessions will be able to benefit from
participation. Looking forward to a great meeting next week.

   Best,
  Justin
