I would like to thank Justin and Sophie for asking me to provide a briefing
to ESIP DSC on DSMM use case studies.

The slides of my yesterday’s presentation are included.

At the end of the presentation, I have introduced categories of maturity
assessments that John and I have been working on to provide some relevance
on the process associated with maturity assessments carried out using a
maturity model - your feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated -
feel free to contact John or me directly if you would prefer.

We have learned a lot from those use case studies and continue to learn
more. Given the allocated time, I did not go over but have included two
back-up slides summarizing main benefits, lessons learned, and challenges
of utilizing DSMM for people who may be interested in. Again your comments
and suggestions are welcome.

Sophie – thank you for your excellent note-taking. Please feel free to link
the file to the meeting note.

Best regards,

--- Peng
