[Esip-preserve] August Data Stewardship call canceled

Hi all,
ESIP has a tradition of taking August off, and the August Data Stewardship
call is scheduled for Aug 21, which is the day of the solar eclipse. Since
many of us, including me, will be out that day, we are canceling the
committee call.

The next call will be in September, 9/18.
