Announced the following pull requests to be reviewed:
Issue: #125: Dataset Keyword
Issue #27: Variable Measured
Prioritized the following issues for v1.3 release in this order:
Issue #127: README restructuring [ Adam ]
Issue #77: OWL-Time / Deep Time [ Nick,Doug ]
Issue #42: Use of `sdo:citation` [ Matt - report out from DataCite usage of property ]
Issue #101: GeoShape box format [ Adam ]
Issue #135: Preserve item order [ ??? ]
Proposed the following issues go into thee next release or be reconsidered (discussion posted into the issues for each)
Issue #37: Authoritative Copy of Dataset
Issue #128: Preferred Identifier
Issue #167: Simple v. Advanced view of Guidelines
Discussed the distinction between Publisher and Provider. Needs new Issue in Github to make it clearer in the guidelines the distinction between the two. Thought this could possibly reesolve some of the issues surrounding Issue #37, but needs more discussion with other cluster members.
Publisher: responsible for the truth value of the dataset (to say "curator" is overloaded term)
Provider: orgs that provides service to access.
