Apologies for not making the meeting.  Never a dull moment.  If helpful, I added the following to the running google doc:

[Bill added later:  specifically it would be most awesome if SOSO could help POAwg and POLDER develop a SDO profile for “observing network”.  A network-level metadata model<https://www.polarobservingassets.org/resources> is available.  This Fall would be good timing.
