Hello Semantic Technologies Committee,

I am Sara Lafia, your new ESIP Community Fellow for this coming year. I was
previously the Community Fellow for the ESIP Discovery cluster with Chris
Lynnes. I hold a PhD in Geography from UC Santa Barbara and am currently a
postdoc at the University of Michigan where I study data discovery and the
impact of data curation at ICPSR, a large social sciences data archive. I
look forward to meeting you all at tomorrow's meeting!
