[esip-semanticweb] [ESIP-AQ] Multi-Sensor Data Synergy Advisor ontology for aerosol measurements

To add: we've almost started air-quality ontology but then have decided consciously to drop it and concentrate on remote sensed aerosols to limit ourselves to our particular project want to make a tangible progress. Air quality is a separate ontology (obviously linked to the aerosols ontology) that has to be developed.
