I have started a page for this at:
http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Applications_of_Semantic_Web_for_Earth_Science and populated it with a short description of DQSS.  The basic format is:  
Paragraph 1:  describe the application
canonical figure (if possible)
Paragraph 2: describe how semantic web is critical to the feature

Would also like to get descriptions of MDSA (data fusion), semantic provenance, Noesis (search), S2S, ESSI-LOD, etc....

Originally, I was just thinking to post it to the EarthCube site, but now I am thinking it might be a good publication for the ESIP Intellectual Commons.  Comments?
