[esip-semanticweb] preparing for ToolMatch Talkoot at ESIP Federation meeting

The main activity will be minting linked data triples to link tools to datasets. However, if the triples don't go anywhere or do anything, that can be a rather dry activity, THEREFORE, I think we need to have a framework that we can populate in real-time. It should have at least a SPARQL endpoint to then do queries. Even better would be a web interface.  (The GMU testbed appears to be no longer available for this purpose.)

Here are the options I see.  Please provide feedback/votes:

(1) An easy-to-install/run/learn off the shelf framework. That is, something that can go from 0 to operating in a day or so.
  (a) Callimachus?
  (b) Other?

(2) A publicly available triple store
  (a) Dydra (http://docs.dydra.com)
  (b) Talis (http://www.talis.com/platform/developers/)
  (b) Other?

(3) No need for options 1 or 2, I, [your name here], will provide the framework!
