[esip-semantictech] promoting new ontologies in an ESIP semweb portal

Quick question from the field -

Has there been a discussion about how to advertise/promote the ontologies
published in an ESIP semweb portal? The notion of publishing a short paper
in an appropriate place (???) was suggested.
