[esip-semantictech] COR, semantics, etc..

Blast Ruth… I did not notice this.
Yes please cancel the Friday meeting and we can shift the entire agenda to the Tuesday lunchtime meeting.

FYI folks, the agenda is as follows

The SWEET ontologies have now become open source and under the governance of ESIP. In the meantime, multiple other communities have been developing ontologies as well (e.g., ENVO, PATO, ECSO, etc.). There is a desire by all parties concerned to ensure that all of these ontologies and ontologies developed in the future play well together. This session will invite representatives of several of the communities to begin the discussion of how best for all of us to move forward.

    Hi All,

Stepping back into the mix after more or less being unavailable due to
family issues for the last two months, I just checked the ESIP summer
meeting schedule and noted that there is still a SWEET governance
session scheduled for Friday morning at 9:30 am. Is that slot no longer
needed? If so, I really should tell ESIP staff now.

I am afraid that taking care of family issues has really put me behind
the curve on more or less everything.

    Let me know...

    Ruth
