[esip-semantictech] SWEET Alignment Manager Software

Happy New Year Folks,
With the aim of furthering SWEET alignment efforts, I packaged together some software I thought would be useful for the forthcoming GeoSemantics Symposium as well as ESIP Winter Meeting more generally.
The software is called the SWEET Alignment Manager (SAM) and can be found at [0].
Anyone interested in alignment efforts should check it out and we can discuss outputs next week.
