Hi Lewis,
I added the citations I already had from geoscience-semantics.org.  The
formatting seems slightly off and the links I have didn't transfer.
I'll add the links later.

Also, I have a couple documents locally that I'll add once I figure out
how to cite them.  I believe they are reports of some description---but
their provenance at present is...illusive.  I'll see if I can find them
on NASAs NTRS (ntrs.nasa.gov).
