The ESIP COR site (http://cor.esipfed.org/) is right now being transitioned to a new server with final cutover planned for tomorrow Friday, April 27, 2018. 

A notice regarding this update was included in advance on both http://cor.esipfed.org/ and http://cor.esipfed.org/ont . 

Please consider the COR in read-only mode until this process is completed.
