Per today's discussion on the Semantic Technology Committee call, I'd like
to pass along the draft Terms of Use

for COR. Please add your comments/questions/concerns.

For comparison, please see the National Center for Biomedical Ontology's
terms here <https://www.bioontology.org/terms>. While more in-depth than
the COR terms need to be, they are a good reference for us to consider.
