Thanks, Lewis and Brandon.

Our project is still alive and well, but the USGS is migrating to a new web
site system (Drupal), so the content at cegis.usgs.gov is on the verge of
getting deleted.
Our new project web site will be:
https://www.usgs.gov/core-science-systems/ngp/cegis/geospatial-semantics-and-ontology
but that one is not quite yet published.
I apologize for the state of our public face, but we'll try to get it fully
up-to-date asap.
