Excellent Blake thank you very much.
I wanted to ask some follow-on questions as well.
The AGO methodology is really appealing. As I mentioned on the call, there are a few of us who see this as somewhat of an emerging best practice for handling geometries as linked data. With this in mind I think it would be great to have examples in the ESIP COR. Is this something which you could facilitate?
I could see a use case here being for us to use AGO to better represent the GRanD Reservoirs dataset which is available as linked data within COR
For example, take a look at the following reservoir geometry http://cor.esipfed.org/ont/geotriples/GRanD_reservoirs_v1_1/GRanD_reservoirs_v1_1/Geometry/1331
There are literally thousands of similar geometries in this dataset.

Hi esip-semanticweb,
This is a courtesy email regarding preparation for our next telecon.
We will be hosting Blake Regalia, UCSB who will be “…Revisiting the Representation of and Need for Raw Geometries on the Linked Data Web”.
After Blake’s presentation, we will use the remainder of our time to discuss the science-on-shcema.org<http://science-on-shcema.org> proposal which can be found at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1O539ROr9W7FUEDzR2ni2H2Doxx_2zK8AF-sma8pBDe0/edit?usp=sharing
Mike Daniels will be joining us for that.
