[Esip-soil-informatics] Recap of Soil-Info Cluster Meeting (Sep 2024)

Hello Everyone,


This is a recap for those who could not join the meeting today. We began
with a discussion on relevant papers or proposal calls that would be of
interest to the group. We broadly divided these into 3 categories
(Informatics tools, Large monitoring databases, and Data networks) from
which we will be inviting speakers in future cluster calls. Our next
meeting is scheduled for 12:00 PM Eastern on October 23, 2024 to decide on
