[Esip-soil-informatics] Recap of Soil-Info Cluster Meeting (Oct 2024)

Hello Everyone,

This is a recap for those who could not join the meeting today.  Today, we
began with a discussion on papers and proposals people are working on. We
decided to restrict to individual presentations for the upcoming Jan
Meeting 2025. We finalized on having presentations from folks working on
informatics tools in spring 2025. We will meet again for a close-out
meeting on November 14, 2024, 12:00 PM Eastern to reflect back on this
