[Esip-sustainabledm] [EXT]ESIP working group and CARE principles

The NSF-funded Research Coordinating Network "Sampling Nature" has a 
working group that will focus on sample-related policies that has a 
large focus on CARE principles. We will make sure we participate. Maui 
is on the RCN Steering Committee.
