Hi All,

Just a heads up that I was asked to give a short lightning talk about the CARE paper we are all writing at this weeks Arctic Observing Summit.  I expect to crib heavily from our notes of the last few meetings and the talks Margaret has been giving.  The talk is bright and early Thursday morning, so this is really short notice (thank goodness for our notes and slides!).
