[Esip-sustainabledm] Session Proposal for Summer ESIP meeting

I'd be happy to co-lead as an instigator of the session as I will be there
in person, but I have a passing familiarity with what's been happening.
I've also submitted and will be leading a session based on getting
repositories to submit DMP templates to DMPTool that will be taking up some
time.

I'll read the preprint to get more up to speed.
