Hello, Ruth, I have very little bandwidth to take much of a leadership role for this session, but would be happy to talk with you (and Joseph) about it. I will probably only attend ESIP virtually as well. You could put my name on the proposal as a contributor of sorts so that we could submit it by the deadline, that would be fine and then we can talk about how to do this and change the proposal as needed. Sorry for the late notice on this.

Nancy

Hi Margaret,

I’m not the best person to lead this session; but if no one else steps up; I will. I am attending the summer meeting, though possibly only virtually (it’s a 3 day train ride to get there - longer than a car trip; but I am not driving alone and so far have no one to drive with me).

I don't have funding to attend the summer meeting (unless they make online attendance free), so we need someone to step up as lead for the session. I will certainly help with the organization. But there will be other opportunities that will be communicated thru the lead person -- like access to a consultant for designing sessions, and other tutorials. I have found these very useful in the past. It makes sense that one of you who has worked with PREMIS or ODRL could lead, or someone from Andrea's RCN, since we are planning to feature their datasets

The session proposal is due this Friday (May 10), so comments/edits should happen soon.

Also, for those interested, our recently submitted paper on implementing CARE principles is available as a preprint. Keep in mind that the text may change.
