[Esip-sustainabledm] Session Proposal for Summer ESIP meeting

Thanks Ruth,

I just want to make sure the session happens. Both myself and more
importantly members of the Marine Data Cluster want to attend and so I'm
doing whatever needs to be done for that purpose. Margaret, will you submit
the session proposal or should I?
