[Esip-sustainabledm] Repository Crisis Scorecards Attribution

Hi all,

Thank you for all of your contributions to the Repository Crisis Scorecards
in this short time frame! For the sake of expediency I added the ESIP SDMC
as a creator, but if you would like to be credited explicitly please
respond to me directly confirming this and containing your ORCID. You will
be checked against the attendance notes we’ve collected over the past month
and a half.

I plan on doing a batch update next Monday for authorship and fixing some
minor bugs in the spreadsheet. Please let me know if you find any problems,
and feel free to spread the scorecards to anyone that might be interested.
